Dr Faiz Rasool is a seasoned global learning architect and Director at PM Training School (PMTS) and the Global AI Certification Council (GAICC). With a rich blend of credentials—including ISO/IEC, PMI®, TOGAF®, SAFe®, Scrum.org, IIBA®, and PTE/IELTS English Preparation—and over seventeen years’ experience designing and delivering high-quality professional training across New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and the UAE, Faiz is uniquely positioned to help organisations and professionals succeed through certification, consulting, and applied learning. 

Under his leadership, PMTS and GAICC have become Premier Authorised Training Partners for PMI and full-spectrum global providers of project-management, agile-scaling, enterprise-architecture, and language-assessment programmes. Faiz himself holds a broad portfolio of instructor accreditations: GAICC ISO/IEC 42001, PMI Certified Instructor for PMP®, CAPM®, ACP®, RMP®, PBA®, and CDP®; PSM I and PSPO I Instructor; TOGAF EA 1 and EA 2 Instructor; and a trusted instructor and coach for Disciplined Agile® Value Stream Consultant, DA Coach, and Senior Scrum Master. In the agile field, he is also an SPC (SAFe® Program Consultant) holding 14 SAFe® certifications. 

In addition, Faiz oversees multiple authorised exam centres—including Pearson VUE, IDP, Prometric, PSI, ETC, Kryterion, and PeopleCert (LanguageCert)—at PM Training School, supporting learners in achieving high results across English-language and professional-certification exams. 

In recent years, Dr Rasool has specialised in sustainability and governance frameworks, particularly the emerging ISO/IEC 42001 standard for artificial-intelligence management systems. Over the past three years, he has delivered ISO 42001 training and consultancy across multiple countries, helping organisations embed responsible AI governance and align their risk-management, ethics, and architectural practices. His hands-on experience provides practical insight into change leadership, architecture governance, and practitioner readiness within this evolving discipline. 

Faiz is deeply committed to bridging the gap between academic theory, certification standards, and real-world practice. In his day-to-day role, he designs learning modules, mentors instructors, develops exam-simulation platforms, and manages global exam-centre logistics for PMTS and GAICC’s multi-country operations. Outside the classroom, he is a frequent speaker, author, and contributor to professional standards forums—including The Open Group Architecture Forum—and writes regularly on the future of project management, enterprise architecture, and AI governance.
