We are delighted to announce the launch of the PDCNZ Mentorship Pilot Program—a new initiative designed to support the personal and professional growth of our community through meaningful mentor-mentee relationships.
This pilot program aims to create opportunities for members to share knowledge, develop skills, expand professional networks, and learn from one another. It is the first step towards building a long-term mentoring culture within PDCNZ, with plans to refine and expand the program to a wider audience following the pilot.
Whether you are an experienced professional looking to give back or someone seeking guidance to achieve your career goals, we invite you to be part of this exciting initiative.
