 Born and raised in the breathtaking valley of Kashmir, the “Heaven on Earth” brings compassion, global experience, and a deep commitment to patient care. A proud graduate of Fatima Jinnah Medical University Lahore, she began her medical journey as a Medical Officer in Lahore and Kashmir, later expanding her horizons as a General Practitioner in Dubai. 

Now based in New Zealand, Dr. Hameed has successfully navigated the NZREX pathway to achieve general registration and currently serves as a General Practitioner, providing holistic, patient-centred care to diverse communities. With a strong grasp of New Zealand’s healthcare system, she is also passionate about mentoring international medical graduates, guiding them through the NZREX process and helping them establish rewarding medical careers in Aotearoa. 

Beyond medicine, Dr. Hameed loves poetry and is an adventurer in spirit — often found playing badminton or cricket, exploring New Zealand’s scenic trails, or finding inspiration in the beauty of the outdoors.
