 The best way to support entrepreneurs is to walk the path alongside them. He is a founder himself — he started Academic Fellows to help researchers collaborate and innovate. The venture continues to grow, and he learns every day what it takes to turn ideas into reality.

With a PhD in Signal Processing and experience as a Sports Scientist, he has built a career solving complex problems at the intersection of data, technology, and human performance. His work has taught him to find solutions that work in the real world, not just in theory.

Today, as an Algorithm Engineer consultant and fractional Product Lead, he helps teams bridge technical innovation with practical execution. Building successful products requires understanding user needs, making smart trade-offs, and iterating until solutions are right — the same skills founders need when turning vision into reality.

As Vice President of Entrepreneurship and Startup, he is committed to guiding founders through their journeys — sharing insights, creating connections, and fostering an environment where people feel supported to take risks and build something meaningful. He believes leadership isn’t about having all the answers; it’s about being willing to navigate uncertainty together.

Outside of work, he is a husband, father of two daughters, and an avid traveler who believes new places spark new perspectives.
