Program Manager - Youth Development

Hassaan Mirza has spent the past five years at Suncorp New Zealand, working first as a Software Developer, then as a Test Engineer, and now as a Technical Business Analyst. During this time, he has been involved in delivery enablement for projects across the business, ranging from in-house API development and React application builds to working alongside Salesforce Solution Architects to enhance business operations, both internally and with external partners.

He holds a Bachelor’s (Honours) degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Auckland, as well as a Master of Engineering specialising in Computer Systems from the same institution, where he focused on recurrent neural networks for multi-dimensional emotion recognition in speech. He is a member of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) and is certified by SAFe 5 as a Scrum Master and Product Owner.

He is inspired by innovation and driven by a desire to use his skills to improve the world around him.
