Program Manager - Youth Development

 Hira is a Data Analyst in the Wellbeing, Health and Safety space at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment where she supports work that informs decision-making across various levels of the organisation, including senior leadership. Before joining MBIE, she completed an internship with the Government Health and Safety Lead. Hira holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Public Health and Statistics from the University of Otago. 

As an immigrant and recent graduate, she understands the challenges of navigating the workforce, and the importance of accessible development opportunities. This motivates Hira to contribute to inclusive and supportive spaces that empower people to succeed. Outside of work, she is an avid reader and enjoys staying active.
