 With over 10 years of experience in the education sector, she is a passionate and skilled team leader at the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA). She oversees the evaluation, approval, and accreditation of programme applications from tertiary education providers, ensuring they meet the highest quality and compliance standards.

Her core competencies include curriculum development, leadership, people management, process improvement, analytical skills, and stakeholder engagement. She holds an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Business Management and a BSc in Software Computing from the University of Huddersfield.

She understands the multicultural context and believes every individual has skills or means to contribute—fostering an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives strengthen outcomes.
